Meet our team

Dan Kane Jr : Dan has made a huge impact on the dart community since he started throwing in 2019. He has many accomplishments including a pair of 1st place finishes at the Phoenix cup where he swept the gold doubles his first year at the event. Dan has also been a force to be tangled with in the local and tournament scenes. Dan also has a 1st place finish at the NEPC, and several other honorable finishes in his short career. Looking forward to growing with Dan and watching his performances.

Anthony Kane : Yep, you guessed it, Dan’s younger brother has hit the dart scene with a fury. He has had several deep runs at the Western shootout, Big Dog and a solid 4th place finish at the NYS dart tournament in less than one year of competition. TPD cannot wait to watch Anthony reach his full potential as a singles player and teamed with his brother.

Shawn Isenberg : Shawn has been playing for 20 years and has only started to take it to a competitive level in the past few. Shawn only plays soft tip as that is all that is available in his hometown. He travels throughout the year to a few tournaments where he is waiting to make a splash. We look forward to helping Shawn achieve whatever goals he sets in the dart world.

Erik Fink : Playing for 10 plus years Erik has chalked up many wins. Erik travels to several tournaments outside of his local area. Erik has also traveled to Korea with Phoenix Darts. He admittedly has less time to play in leagues but has more of a focus on having fun playing the game he loves. We are glad to partner with Erik as he continues on his journey.

Glenn Wilson : Playing for 26 years Glenn traveled to many tournaments where he has had many success stories. Glenn strives to improve his game as he continues to reach new heights playing 3 times weekly. Glenn prides himself in being a father first and a family man that enjoys darts with friends and family. TP Darts is happy to have Glenn on our team and hope to help him reach his greatest potential.

Rick Shirley : Rick has played for over 25 years and has reached many heights. Travelling to 8 – 10 tournaments a year and playing 2 – 4 nights a week Rick gets his games in. First and foremost, family is Rick’s main focus. He is striving to improve his game to the level that has brought him such success. We at TP Darts are excited for the opportunity to help Rick do just that.

John Daddio : John has been playing darts for over 20 years. He currently plays 3 to 4 nights a week where he is an advocate for the dart community as he promotes and teaches younger players. John travelled to Korea in 2024 where he took home a Top 16 in Division 1 singles. John is also a mainstay in the Phoenix darts community as he travels to the Phoenix cup yearly to help and play in the premier event. John will be a great addition to TPD and will help TPD establish a presence in New Jersey.

Geena Conti : Geena has only been playing for less than 5 years and has already earned some very prestigious finishes. These finishes include 1st and 2nd place finishes in the New Jersey Women’s Cricket championships. Geena plays both steel and soft tip locally 2 or 3 days a week and is working to improve her game. TPD is excited to help her achieve her goals in darts.

Taylor Bennett : Taylor from Rochester NY has been playing for 10 years. He plays in 6 to 8 tournaments a year and is a mainstay in online tournaments. Taylor is on the Pro List and strives to achieve AA Pro status. Taylor has finished well in many tournaments including several 1st place finishes in Bullshooter and State tournaments. TPD is excited to help Taylor reach the next level.

Gunner May : Gunner is the youngest player on the TPD team. Gunner has only been playing for 2 years. In those 2 years he has dedicated a lot of his time honing his skills. He is working his way up the ranks and wants to play the highest level possible. From Stroudsburg PA, Gunner plays a minimum of 2 leagues a week. Gunner has already played the Phoenix Cup in Las Vegas and plans to go back. TPD is happy to add this young man to our roster so we can have a front row seat watching him grow.

Chris Maloney : Chris (Cam) has been one of the better shooters in his hometown of Rochester NY for more than 18 years. Spending the majority of those years on the Pro List and winning numerous league titles and tournaments. Cam is one of the shooters that goes out of his way to stop and say hello every time I see him. Proud to add his talent and personality to this team.

Donna Shirley : Donna has been playing for 20 years. She continues to play in 3 leagues a week. She travels to as many as 10 tournaments a year. With that schedule it is clear that she is a dart warrior. Part of the women’s pro list she continues to improve while focusing on the important things – Family and Friends. Excited to have Donna on this team as she continues her journey.

TOURNAMENT TRAIL

NY Bullshooter

We are proud to report that our entire roster was able to attend the NY Bullshooter event in Niagara Falls NY. Although the results are not exactly what the players would have expected, we are completely grateful to see everyone representing the True Position brand. Next up is Western NY Shootout in Batavia NY. We will have some (if not all) of our players there. Good luck players and as always, HAVE FUN.

Western NY Shootout (Batavia, NY)

Though we have been missing one of our shooters in Batavia, team TP Darts was well represented. We delivered our new shirts over the weekend. (Thank you to everyone for your support) The team made runs in each event and played some very memorable matches. Highlight of the weekend was Anthony Kane’s victory in the Men’s B singles combo. Emerging from one of the most talented fields in this division Anthony showed that he is an up-and-coming force to watch out for.

Syracuse Open

3 of our shooters were on hand in Syracuse for one of our favorite tournaments. If you have not been to this tournament, I suggest adding it to your calendar. You’ll often see many of the top shooters in North America. Our results for the year are average at best. I believe between the 3 of us we had 2 cashes and a few runs resulting in one out of the money finishes. With that competition those results are commendable. All in all, we had a great time and want to shout out to the Syracuse family for another great tournament.

Daddio’s BYO

One of our shooters was able to attend the bring your own partner hosted by John Daddio. Erik Fink and his partner managed to take 4th place in very tough bracket of 26 teams. Erik then played in the luck of the draw where he and his partner were knocked into the loser’s bracket early. As a TPD player does Erik refused to give up running the loser’s side with his partner to make the finals where they double dipped the king seat to take the 1st place prize. What a great showing for Erik’s first tournament as an officially sponsored TPD player. Congratulations.

Northeast Players Championships

The weekend of 5/30 – 6/1 was an exciting one for the TPD team as we had 5 of our shooters scheduled to play in various events at the NEPC in the Poconos. We also added our latest player to our roster at this event and met many more who showed interest in joining TPD in the future.

Anthony Kane played the Div 2 singles and made a great run in the singles for a 7th place finish in a very competitive bracket.

Erik Fink was the only TPD player to play in the blind draw on Friday finishing with a 3rd place finish left him hungry for more. He was able to satisfy that hunger with a win in the Div 2 singles, awesome shooting.

Div 3 singles saw Dan Kane Sr. finish in 2nd place.

Rick Shirley also had a positive weekend with a 3rd place finish in the Div 3 doubles with his sister Donna Shirley.

Dan Kane Jr played great all weekend but the breaks did not go his way.

TPD’s newest member John Daddio had a great weekend himself.

The biggest take on the weekend is that TPD represented in a tough room of shooters and supported each other through out. The future is looking great for this team as we are eyeing even more shooters to join our team very soon.
